I will consider all your works and meditate on all your mighty deeds.
During prayer, take time to reflect on all that the Lord has done for you. This is especially helpful when your current circumstances are challenging. Remembering the ways God has been merciful to you in the past will give you comfort and peace as He brings you through your present situation.
If possible, to the best of your ability, live at peace with all people.
We cannot control what other people do, but we certainly can control our own actions and responses. It may not always be easy, but it will be worth it to try to live peacefully with others, especially those who are difficult to deal with.
The righteous man walks in his integrity; his children are blessed after him.
Fathers, you are responsible for teaching your children about the Lord. Be a spiritual leader by living a life of integrity. Show your children love, discipline when necessary and have compassion on them. Children, obey, respect and honor your father as the Lord commands. Fathers and children, remember that no one is perfect, forgive each other and try to live in peace.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Without hope we feel helpless, alone and powerless. But our God is the source of all hope. Hope for healing, hope for peace, hope for joy. All hope comes from knowing, believing and trusting God and by His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit, He has given us the precious gift of hope. If you feel hopeless, seek a relationship with the author of all hope, God Almighty.
Blessed be the Lord, who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
Wake up with praise on your lips, focused on God. Start your day right and receive the blessings the Lord has in store for you today. Each day is loaded with blessings of joy, peace, mercy, grace and salvation!
Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.
The Christian life is not always easy. Jesus said we will have troubles but we can have peace because He overcame the world (John 16:33). Be encouraged in knowing you can be joyful in the hope you have in Christ, patient during troubled times and faithful in your prayer life regardless of what is going on around you.
You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
No matter what you go through if you stay focused on the Lord and trust in Him, He will give you peace to get through anything. Give up your need to control every situation and just let God have His way. Let Him give you the peace your heart longs for.
