Do Not Be Silent

1 1-15 18 Acts 18 9

 

Verse of the Day:  Acts 18:9

One night the Lord spoke to Paul, “Do not be afraid, keep on speaking, do not be silent.

 

We live in a society where everyone wants to give their opinion on anything and everything. As believers in Christ we must be courageous and willing to stand up for what we believe in too, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.  Don’t be afraid to share Jesus with the world, just tell them what God has done for you.

Joy to the World, the Lord is Come!

Verse of the Day:  Luke 2:10-11

But the angel said to them, “Do not be afraid. I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is the Messiah, the Lord.

 

Over 2000 years ago an angel appeared to the shepherds bringing good news. God had a divine plan for our salvation and Jesus was born to lay down His life for all people. The promised Messiah, the Savior had been born.  The good news of the Savior’s birth is the reason for great joy and celebration!

10 Days of Thanksgiving – Day 9:  Thankful for Everything

always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

 

I am truly thankful for everything God has done for me and the plans He has for my future.  I am thankful for everything He has blessed me with, it’s more than I deserve. I’m thankful for my salvation and for the relationship I have with my Savior.  Above all else, I’m thankful for God’s love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness. I give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart.

Sing to God, sing in praise of his name, extol him who rides on the clouds; rejoice before him—his name is the Lord.

 

Sing to your heavenly Father with all your heart.  Give him all the praise and glory he deserves.  Humble yourself before the Lord, let his name be magnified, and rejoice in the presence of the Lord.
