Be completely humble and gentle; be patient, bearing with one another in love.
Live a less self-centered life by focusing more on God and by being kind to others. Humility doesn’t mean being weak, it’s actually the opposite. It’s being so strong in your faith that you are obedient to God’s Word no matter the circumstances.
She opens her arms to the poor and extends her hands to the needy.
As Godly women who love the Lord it should be our mission to help the poor and needy. That doesn’t mean we all have to do extraordinary things. Sometimes it’s simply a kind word or a sincere gesture. Each of us should do what God puts in our hearts and do it with love.
A generous man will prosper; he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.
Be kind and generous to others because God has been kind and Generous to you. God will always make sure you are taken care of when you are generous to the poor. Trust in God’s promises and help those in need.
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
God’s love flows to us and it needs to flow through us. When we receive God’s love it changes us so much that we feel the need to share it by loving one another. When we share it with others they are able to receive love not only from us but directly from God. God’s love is meant to be shared.
May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.
I want my words and thoughts to be pleasing to God in all circumstances. Not only when I pray or think about godly things but also in my everyday conversations and thoughts. I want to fill my mind and heart with positivity so there will be no room for negativity.
And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.
My love for God and gratitude for his mercy and goodness inspires me to share his love with others. Let’s motivate each other and encourage acts of love and service for those in need so that our heavenly Father would be glorified. We need to do something, help somebody, invite someone, if not us, then who will?
Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones.
Let’s make an effort to encourage the people around us, our friends and family, especially our spouse and our children. Kindness doesn’t cost a thing yet it is so valuable. Let’s build each other up with loving and kind words that promote hope and courage and help us believe in ourselves when we feel overwhelmed. One kind word can change someone’s entire day.
