Low Carb Bread Rolls

I love bread and found that giving up eating it was one of the hardest things for me to do when I began eating a low carb diet. With these low carb rolls you don’t have to stop eating bread!  They’re delicious and perfect in place of traditional bread.  You can also slice the rolls and use them for sandwiches or you can shape them into hamburger buns or hot dog buns. For a variety of flavors, you can top them with your favorite herbs and seasonings. Best of all they are only 2g net carbs each when you make 6 servings per batch.
