This keto/low carb bread is so simple and tastes great. It only take 90-seconds in the microwave so it’s super convenient. This is definitely a recipe I’ll be making often. (This recipe is from allinadaysworkblog.com)
For one serving of the bread: 2 carbs, 17.6 grams of fat, 7.1 protein, and 250 calories
3 tablespoons almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tablespoon butter (melted)
Tip: You can add spices or herbs to change the flavor profile.
Butter the inside of a bowl. (I used a ramekin but you can use any microwave safe dish.) Add and mix all of the above ingredients.
Microwave for 90 seconds. Let it cool for 1 minute and remove from bowl. Cut in half and it’s ready to eat!
