Let’s make an effort to encourage the people around us, our friends and family, especially our spouse and our children.  Kindness doesn’t cost a thing yet it is so valuable.  Let’s build each other up with loving and kind words that promote hope and courage and help us believe in ourselves when we feel overwhelmed.   One kind word can change someone’s entire day.
